Reception
Welcome to K2 Brisbane’s reception, where our friendly team is ready to assist with a smooth check-in and check-out. Open daily from 9:00AM to 8:00PM, our reception is your hub for local tips, transport guidance, and everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Early check-in is not available; however, we can store your bag for a $10 fee if you wish.
Lounge
The lounges in Arran and Cliveden provide a comfortable and inviting space to relax, unwind, or socialize. Perfect for downtime, each lounge is equipped with outlets for guests to charge their laptops or devices, making it an ideal spot to work or simply recharge during your stay.
Outdoor Seating Area
The Outdoor Seating Area provides a relaxed, open space for guests to enjoy the outdoors. With tables and chairs available, it’s an ideal spot for casual meals or simply relaxing in the fresh air.

A cozy transition between indoor comfort and outdoor relaxation, the deck offers a welcoming space to unwind. Connected to the kitchen and lounge, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy a quiet moment, read a book, or take in the surroundings
Communal Kitchen
Savor the delight of communal cooking in our kitchens located in Arran Ground and Level 1, and Cliveden Ground Floor. Each kitchen is equipped with modern amenities, including dishwashers, microwaves, heaters, and stoves, providing everything you need for a comfortable culinary experience. The inviting atmosphere is enhanced by a bar table with chairs, fostering a sociable environment for mingling and meal preparation. With our kitchens fully stocked with utensils and dining wares, your culinary endeavors are both convenient and enjoyable.
Communal Bathroom
Experience comfort and convenience with our well-appointed communal bathrooms, strategically located in the Ground Floor and Level 1 of both Arran and Cliveden buildings. With three to five bathrooms available in these areas, accessibility is ensured, minimizing wait times and allowing you to refresh at your convenience.

In Arran, each floor boasts contemporary washing machines and dryers, complemented by a convenient card payment system that eliminates the need for coins, ensuring ease and efficiency during your stay. In Cliveden, our laundry facilities on the Lower Ground floor offer the same convenience and efficiency, allowing you to refresh your wardrobe effortlessly throughout your stay.
